Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received for STORE CREDIT only. We cannot issue refunds. Store credit will be applied to your account 1-3 business days after we receive your items and process the return.

Items must have original tags attached and be unworn, unused, unwashed and must be free of any makeup, deodorant or perfume to be eligible to return. Shoes must be returned unworn in the original shoe box with no damage to the box. Shoe boxes cannot be used for shipping and cannot be taped or damaged due to shipping.

  • All jewelry sales are final.
  • All sale items are final.
  • All gift card sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at CustomerService@jadenboutique.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Worn or washed items cannot be returned. All original tags must remain attached.

Please send your return back to us via a shipping carrier of your choice, preferably with tracking to:

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Color variations from photos are not eligible for a defective return. Color can vary due to lighting. You will be required to send a photo of your item and we will provide a shipping label to you if the item is approved for return.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Jaden Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements. If an item is received that is not eligible for return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to you.
