Shipping policy

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping charges are calculated on your purchase amount before tax is applied.

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
• Orders $49.99 and under we apply flat rate standard shipping of $9.00.
• We offer UPS 2nd Day Air Saver service for $17.00. (Please note our UPS account does not include Saturday delivery. It would be delivered within two business days if the order is placed before 12pm noon EST.
• You can also order online and pick-up in store or curbside pickup at no charge.

Jaden Boutique is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with UPS Shipping. It may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. UPS (1-800-742-5877).

Although packages generally arrive sooner, please allow up to 5 business days for standard shipping to receive your order. Alaska and Hawaii please allow additional time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
